What services do you offer?
We specialise in wedding photography and videography. Our services include comprehensive photo and video packages tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring that every moment of your special day is beautifully captured. Please see our "Packages" section to view what we offer.
How long does it take to receive the photos and videos?
We pride ourselves on our exceptional 48-hour turnaround time for delivering edited photos and and 1-week turnaround for videos. These timeframes start on the day after your wedding, so for example - if the wedding is on a Saturday, your images will be ready by Tuesday at the latest.
This means that you can enjoy your wedding memories almost immediately after your special day!
Do you require a retainer fee?
The standard arrangement is to pay a 50% retainer fee to 'lock in' your wedding booking, and the remaining balance is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. We are flexible with payment options though, so just ask us if you'd like to speak about an alternate plan.
What areas do you travel to?
We primarily serve Perth and the surrounding areas. If you have a wedding outside of this region, please contact us to discuss potential travel arrangements.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during the October - March peak wedding season. It's never too early to start planning!
Can we request specific shots or styles?
We encourage you to share your vision and any specific shots or styles you have in mind. Our team will work closely with you to ensure your preferences are reflected in the final product.
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?
Yes, we offer engagement and pre-wedding shoots as part of our services. These sessions are a great way to capture your love story before the big day and can be added to your wedding package. Please contact us to discuss further.
What happens if there is an emergency and the photographer or videographer is unable to attend?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we have a network of trusted professionals who can step in to ensure your wedding day is covered. We prioritise your special day and will make every effort to rapidly find a suitable replacement.
Can we have the raw footage and photos?
We primarily focus on delivering high-quality edited content. However, if you would like to have the raw footage or photos, please let us know and we can discuss the options available.
How do you ensure the safety of our photos and videos?
We take multiple precautions to safeguard your photos and videos, including using high-quality equipment, secure storage systems, and backup processes. Your precious memories are safe with us.
